Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled maintenance mechanic to support our envelope converting facility located conveniently near Interstate 95 just north of Richmond, VA. Candidates must have 3 to 5 years experience in an industrial setting and must be available for evening and weekend shifts as needed. Preference will be given to those from print or converting environments. Pneumatics, electric motor, and basic electrical required. Machine skills with lathe, drill press and metalworking tools desirable. Those with mechanical backgrounds in bag, film, or foil converting and other similar industries are encouraged to apply. No relocation benefits available. Must be available for night and weekend work as needed.

SW Adjuster

Set up, troubleshoot, adjust, and operate an SW folder. Experience on SW equipment required. Responsibilities also include routine maintenance as well as mechanical diagnosis and repair of equipment, registration control, materials inventory, quality control, and team leadership. Candidates must be available for a compressed schedule, 12-hour shift 7:20PM to 7:30AM.

Joining the Team

When openings exist, most new employees join our fast-paced manufacturing operation as a Machine Tender. This position “manages” the folding machine and the quality of every order produced on our equipment.  Occasionally we have opportunities for Buffer (“Material Handler”) and Die Cutter. These positions typically are part of a 12-hour team assigned to an evening shift 7:20PM – 7:30AM.
