Flexo

Flexo envelopes are created by using flexographic printing presses, which are mounted inside the envelope folder to print both sides of uncoated papers as the envelope is being made. Colortree’s flexo equipment can print up to four spot colors on the outside of the envelope and one spot color inside of the envelope.

Colortree’s flexo cannot do process build color. Specify flexo for inside security tints, simple type and line copy, when copy is under the seal-flap or when images wrap from face to seal-flap and/or back. Color match to PMS standards and proprietary logo color is possible.
